BFG g Force up front and BFG Comp T/A R-1's in rear
Since the g Force KD's are not available in the 315/35/17 size but the Comp T/A R-1's are, can I use them in the rear with g Force KD's 275/40/17's up front. I drive about 200 miles each way for 2 to 3 road course events each year. the car isn't used for much other than that.

As I recall the R-1 actually gets decent mileage; you won't destroy them driving a couple hundred miles.
BUT- I'm afraid you'll be very unbalanced with such radically different compounds front and rear!

Thanks for the feedback. I thought the same. The tire guy was just trying to sell some old stock t/a's
I'll just wait until the 315 G force are available.
Thanks again.

you can adjust tire grip with ride height to a degree, raise the rear if it's too sticky, lower if it oversteers etc..
