Make the Magnesium wheels W I D E R ? They charged us 3k for them, and gave us a wheels that's puny by performance standards...(look at the sizes on ZR1's and ZO6's). It's come to a point where I want to get new wheels, but I'm in a quandary about whether or not to unload my OEM's. True, they're light and really cool looking, but I'm still unsatisfied...sorry about the rant!

Is it safe to use a wheel spacer on those wheels, not a thick one, to make them stick out further and make the car look just a little wider? If so what's the maximum thickness recommended?

how wide are they? 8.5"?

8.5 front and 9.5 rears are all that's available because run flats are the only tire that they put on the C5.
