Wanting a little more rear tire
So I'm replacing my stock wheels and tires on my 2006 base C6. I was going to just replace with factory sizes (18x8.5 front and 19x10 rear). I really want more tire for the rear and something that looks great back there. Is this possible if I stay with a 19 in the back or should I go with 18's all the way around to get a taller/wider tire back there ? Any suggestions on what I should run and pics would be great from people that have done this.

Staying with the original 285-35-19 here's what you can get and have a wider tread width
Original Goodyear is 9.2 tread
Continental extreme contact dw is 10.2 tread
Bridgestone potenza re050a is 10.9
Bridgestone potenza s04 pole position is 10.3 tread.
All tires are the same size 285-35-19. Info I got off tirerack.com

I have also came across a C6 I like sitting on 18x6 (front) & 17x11 (rear) Weld RTS wheels. Looks MEAN! just don't know the size and brand of tires. Pretty much just what I'm looking for. It doesn't look like an all out drag car but has just enough to give it that go fast look I'm after. Not to mention I'm sure with this setup the car hooks like crazy.
The car is in GM High-Tech Performance. Issue is November 2013 and on page 88 if anyone knows the owner and could have him respond. Thanks!
