63-66 Corvette Kelsey Hayes Knock Offs---Question
Hello, I have a quick question. This is a picture of one of my set of 4 ORIGINAL kelsey hayes KO's from back in the 60's. I know for a fact that they are real and from the 60's so please don't argue this. I'm asking for the exact year, i know they are from 63-66. I have provided a picture, please help me out. There currently on my car and i apologize for the bad picture i took it really quickly i may update it tomorrow.

The dark paint residue ties them to 66 or 65. The shiny cone defines which year as the other year had a brushed finish. I just can't remember which goes with which year.
