Default Michelin AS3 tires

I have a 2004 convertible
These tires have been recommended by several people
Has anyone run them?

I just put a pair on the front of our 2011 Grand Sport. I just wish they were available in the size we need for the rear. They are awesome tires so far.

this question has been asked many times ... there are three threads on page 1 of this forum ... here's a link to one of them with some decent info http://forums.corvetteforum.com/whee...s-3-tires.html

I have a set I mounted on my 03 Corvette in September 2013. They currently have about 13,000 miles on them and for some reason have become very noisy. I've checked to make sure it isn't something else (like possibly wheel bearings) and have had two different technicians ride in the car. Each has said, "It's your tires." This is disappointing, as these replaced a set of Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus tires that were a great tire and lasted 43,000 miles. At the end of their service live the Pilot Sport Plus tires weren't as noisy as the AS 3's are at this point.
