Default Aftermarket wheels--balancing question

I'm waiting on my new aftermarket wheels to deliver and started thinking about the balance weights. The new wheels are gunmetal.

My OEM wheels have the weights attached to the front lips, and my last vehicle had the tape weights on the inside of the barrel. Are there any other kinds that I won't have to look at as much? I guess the tape weights would be best, but they sure will stick out like a sore thumb against the gunmetal barrel.

One of my friends works for the local Jaguar dealer, and he balanced a wheel/tire for me just yesterday. They have really "thin profile" tape weights that come on a roll. They're a pale silver, and barely noticeable.
