Anybody have any dealings with AAA Rims!

I bought a set of 5 spoke A-mold wheels 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for them to be delivered. I bought tires at the Tirerack and they were delivered the next day(great service). Anyone done business with AAA Rims from Holland, Michigan? They don't respond very quick to e-mails and can't get a person to person call through(always get machine). The one thing they were quick on was taking their money out of my account. I'll keep this updated if they arrive soon but don't know how concerned I should be. They told me they were being shipped from their distributor in Calif. and I live near Chicago. They haven't responded with carrier name (UPS of Fedex) or with tracking number as I requested. What are my options? :confused: :mad :sad:

I did finally receive the rims on July 22 and I had the tires mounted and balanced the next day and they are now on my car. I am pleased so far that the wheels are of good quality and the only complaint I have was that they took so long to get to me. I never did get a real explanation why they did'nt ship when they told me they were going to but I will say that it is probably a good thing I kept after them with e-mails because that is the only way I could get through to them after my order was taken. The person I spoke with originally(Dave) said that they were in stock(Holland, Michigan?) and would be at my house in about 7 days. Later, I found out they were being shipped from California and then it would be 7 to 10 days and well 10 days came and went and still no rims. I sent e-mails back to Jon(responded to all my e-mails) and asked him to follow up and this time I wanted a UPS or Fedex tracking number which in another day he was able to provide me with. This time he said that for some reason they had not shipped when he was told they had been and just to be nice to me they were sent 3rd day. Well, that was Wed. July 17th and I got them on Monday the 22nd at 7:30 PM. I ordered new tires from the Tire Rack and received them the next day so I guess that set my expectations too high. As far as the rims they look great and I'm happy, I hope if you order from AAA you have better luck with the delivery time and get those tracking numbers so that you know they truly have been shipped.
