Amazing. My 2000 C5 MN6 convertible has 23K on it. The OEM tires had about 10K left on the front and maybe 5K on rear. The car had been to 2 knowledgeable Corvette dealers to try and find the very load mechanical sound noise from about 30 MPH up. It was bad and made the car no fun to drive any distance. The noise sounded like 2 or 3 failed wheel bearings. The noise sounded defiantly mechanical.
NITTOS were installed yesterday. ALL noise is gone. I would have not believed that this could be the case. Also, the NITTOS were 50% the price of the POS Goodyear OEM tires. GO figure.

I have the same experience with my 01 coupe; the Goodyears were so noisy that high $$$ car turned into a hay wagon. Installed a set of FireStone runflats, now I can actually talk to and hear the passenger while going down the road. I believe they are a superior tire. A great car like a Vette deserves a better tire than the GY's.
Later!
