KD SSS do they still exist?

I've seen them on Tirerack as back ordered or low stock for months - I sent Luke an email but no response yet.

Has anyone bought these lately? If so where?

Also if you have them how do you like them?

I put them on my car last Spring, did 3 lap weekends and a lot of daily driving. Impressions:

Just as harsh and noisy as the stock EMTs, not quite as good in the rain.
Fantastic on dry pavement, they stick like velcro.

If you auto cross or do laps on your street tires, there are the ones to have. If you are more moderate in your driving, the Firestones are probably a better compromise. My .02 only

Thanks - sounds like what I'm looking for a good combo between street/autocross. Now if I can buy them?

Try calling "Luke" at Tire Rack- he seems better at returning phone calls than answering email. His information may be more current than the website, and you can always place a back-order if necessary. I'd recommend specifying that you only want all 4 tires in one shipment, so you don't get stuck with an incomplete set.
