Mount & balance tires Where? in Chicagoland

I'm looking for locations in the Chicago western suburbs. Any suggestions and approximate cost.

For balancing there is a Hunter machine that can do a "Road Force Variation Test", checking for out of round tires or bent rims. Some car dealers have them, Tire Rack can give you a link to help you find one. Made my ride smoother than a normal balancing.
