What size Kumhos on stock rims?

I'm thinking 275/40/17 and 285/30/18 for road racing. Any opinions on this and do you think this is one of the best road racing tires avaliable. these seem to be the biggest sizes that Kumho makes that will fit the stock rim. I'll go with a fresh set of BFG G-forces 295/35/18 and 265/35/18 for the street on my HREs when they come in.
