Default 2005 C6 stock wheels on a C5??

Someone is interested in buying my 2005 stock wheels. He wants them for his C5. Are there any fitment problems?

Thanks,
Monique

I have seen this covered several times in the C5 general section. I think you have to run spacers on the rear and they stick out past the quarterpanels. You might do a search to be sure though.

I have tried this on a friends C-5. Fronts bolt on and fit perfectly.

Most C-5 cars that I have seen on the Forum need a spacer on the rear to bring them away from the inner fender well and even with the fender. My friends car was like that. Takes around 1/4" to 3/8".

Some on the Forum reported perfect fit front and rear.

Fits like they were made for the C5 (Looks just as nice). No spacer, No issues. I added the red trim...

The difference in offset is much more noticable when the car is lowered. You probably would never realize it at stock height.

That is probably where the "Some need a spacer, some dont" thinking came from.
