C5 tire help please

Hello,I recently purchased a set of CCW 505a's from another forum member. While I got them at an incredible price,I am not really satisfied with the tires. The wheels are 19x10 on the front and 19x11 on the rear. Can I get away with a 275/30/19 up front and a 295/30/19 on the rear without tripping the traction control/active handling on a C5?

Yes, that is what I use to run. No problems.
