Help! Need Wheel Refurbishment or Paint or ?

I just purchased another set of wheels for my C6 Z06. They are OEM polished aluminum. They are not in the best of shape. Some minor scratches but mostly the clear coat is in bad shape. Just trying to find out what I can do with them. Either refinish to original OEM look, which I guess one would have to strip clear coat, re-polish and clear coat again. I have even thought about painting the wheels. In any case I would need to find someone that can do this kind of work. Anyone got any tips on who or where this kind of work can be done. I guess another option would be having the wheels chrome plated but I haven't seen any chrome plating that holds up over time. Any ideas out there? Help!

(1) refinish to OEM Spec.
(2) paint
(3) Chrome plate
(4) Other ?

What? Who? Where? Other ideas?

I would go for other is this just an option because of the weather?

No! Just wondering if there is another option besides the 3 listed. Maybe I missed something.
