Default Tire Question, Need Help ASAP

Good day everyone. I am looking at buying a near new set of tires. Two of them have some sidewall bead damage. My question is, if the tires have bead damage would this render the tires useless or would they still perform ok (hold air, etc). What affect does this have. Take a look at the pictures below.

Seat still looks good. Sidewall damage on a performance radial is not good.
Take them to a Michilin dealer for inspection.

that damage is just to the rim protector bead and will have zero effect on the tires performance or safety ...
