Just like the title says has anyone used this new tire yet? I am getting my new wheels next week and am kicking around Michelin PS2's but am willing to try something else. These are priced cheaper but I know it not always about saving a buck
I will be going 245/40/18 & 285/35/19 probably. Was thinking of going a little wider but I am not sure.......
the are almost r-compound sticky and still offer decent ride quality. With that said I would not recommend them over the PS2 unless you are doing a sustantial amouint of track days and AutoX's
VERY satisfied with the RE11s. About 7K miles; ~ 1200 track miles, ~ 10 autocross events. Still have nearly 1/2 tread life left. Reasonably quiet, compliant ride, temp/pressure stable, decent in the rain. I"m running 265/35s front and 305/30s rear on stock C6 rims with agressive alignment settings. The tires have a rounded profile and have worn very evenly across both front and rear tread. Substantially cheaper than PS2, and perform equal to or better in a number of dimensions. YMMV.

RE 11's are my first move up from the run flats. 245/45/17 and 275/40 18's. Drove 200 miles to a Charity HPDE at Road America last weekend. Trip up was comfortable. A cold and wet day. I did not have a tire issue all day. Very Impressed. $1024.00 on the car at a local small town tire dealer.

Luke, my car is supercharged and traction is a problem. Would the RE-11 be better than the PS2 in dry conditions? I see where the RE-11 is rated at 180 tread wear and PS2 is rated 220. I thought about Toyo R888, but they are not quite in stock size for my rear tires (285/35/19).
