Default MT ET Street Radials or other options?

Need advice on a wheel tire combination for a daily driver taken to the strip a few times a year. I have a 09 C6, with current tune a cant even come close to holding traction in 1st or 2nd at WOT.

Option 1

MT ET Streets 305/35R18 on Weldcraft 2" widened stock fronts

Also need some confirmation that the widened wheel/tire combination will not have an interference issue!

Option 2

Stock wheels with Toyo's or Nitto's or ?? Need help here on street mileage, noise level, traction in wet/cold in the daily driver mode vs. what I give up in performance at the drag against the MT's

One upside of option 2 is that I could move up to a 3pc wheel set 18x9" front and 19x10.5" rear. I can upgrade the brakes and I get good looks and better daily performance, but what do I give up at the drags?

There are no "good" 19" tires if Your thinking about 19"rear wheels in the future!
I'd stay with 18"s all around.

With the power you have, 19" tires aren t going to have enough sidewall flex for the track(or drag racing). The best tires are probably Mickey Thompson DRs, if you re going to run 19's, though.
