Wheel question

A friend of mine has some custom wheels that have the little decorative srews around the outer portion of the wheel. They simulate a wheel that is screwed together but they do nothing. The problem is some of them have popped out and he can't find replacements for them. The wheel mfg. is out of business. Anyone know of a place to start looking for something like that?

If you were really desperate to keep the wheels looking uniform, and had the patience, you could pop out the old ones and replace ALL the screws with something like a 10-32 stainless socket head screw, using a stainless hex nut on the back side, secured with a drop of red Loctite

Yeah, I am looking at some external torx head screws if I can't find anything else.
