What's up with Tire Rack? I can't get a hold of them!

I ordered tires from them last Monday and picked two day delivery.

No tires yet and I've emailed them; no response. I called all the numbers I can find
(877)522-8473; (888)541-1777; (888)981-3953 gets a "Call did not go through" message.
(574)287-2345 just rings forever.

Anyone got any other numbers? Is Tire Rack out of business?

Help - I need tires.

Very worrying as they still owe me a refund for tires I returned WEEKS ago...

I order tires from them Tues. night on the web. I call them Wed. (1-888-541-1777) asked to talk to Luke. He said he will make sure my tires are here by Friday. No problems at all.

South Bend, Indiana (where TireRack headquarters is located) got hit by an ice storm. Their phone lines were down and shipping was down from. They are back up now, but likely overwhelmed with phone calls and catching up on processing orders.

I ordered online from Tire Rack on the 28th. The fronts were out of stock and due in the next day but I ordered anyway. I received emails with confirmations and tracking numbers and the 2 back tires were due in today. I checked the UPS tracking number and really started to worry when I saw the they had been delivered and signed for today and no one was home at my house all day. Then I recognized the name of the signer and realized that Tire Rack had shipped to to their local approved installer even though I never requested that and their confirmation said that they were being shipped to my home. I called the local tire dealer and he confirmed that he had received two Pontenza Pole Position S03's for me. Luckily that is where I was going to bring the tires to be mounted anyway. Now I waiting for theZ06 Chromies from Nate and the tow front tires. Good Luck with your tire purchase. :seeya

OK folks their phones seem to be working again... I just got through on 1-888 541-1777 - at least to their recorded voice message system!

By the way, no blame intended to Tirerack about this, even I will accept that they can't help it their phones are out due to Ice Storm, Mother Nature etc!!
