Has anyone purchased wheels from this company? I'll be in the market soon and have begun researching different wheel companies. I've eliminated 360 based on service quality horror stories. I'm currently looking at Modular Concept, COR, Forgiato, and Vossen. I'm sure there will be others I check out, but I want want to find a company with a proven track record on great service quality. Any feedback is appreciated.
I'm looking for a carbon fiber finish with a JSB accent lip. I'm leaning toward one like this.
We carry Modular Concept --- excellent product, fast turnaround (3-4 weeks) great CS all around. Also to consider: 360, COR, ICONZ, HRE, CAPITAL, IFORGED, etc... PM is for a quote. We GUARANTEE the lowest prices in the industry. 100% price match.

So do you carry Verde Kaos Hyper Dark with Machined Lip. I need a 5-120 drilled wheel to fit on a 5-120.65 for my 05 Cadillac XLR and I have no desire to buy overpriced forged items. If you can get it let me know
your price.

NO, sorry. We carry Reproductions, and many Forged brands.

TRUST ME! NO WAY YOUR GONNA GET OP'S CHOICE OF WHEEL DELIVERED IN 3-4 WEEKS. I bought a set and have had some problems with paint oversray and runs on the inside barrels. Must have missed the quality control check. Tpms have not been able to get read/reset by 3 reputable tire co. and GM dealer. Going to race shop where they may have to bust them down and check out why they can't be read.

Nice looking wheels though!
Let me clarify. 3-4 weeks for plain finishes... (brushed aluminum / chrome lips) If you are adding custom painted lips, carbon fiber lips, etc it will take some extra time. To be safe, it will take around 5 weeks for single color paint, 6 weeks for two-toned, and 7 weeks for carbon fiber & paint... which is exactly how long it took for the set in the picture above. Still, the fastest in the industry, without question.

**************************************** **************************************** ************************** UP DATE TO TPMS
I just got back in from a long day of chasing every thing down I need to corect the awful HACK installation done on my tpms. First I found NO sensor at all in the passenger front tire not even crumbs. You would think that if the sensor was mounted and slipped out that the band would be loose and you would find some sign of a sensor in the tire. However I found the band was tightly attached to the inner barrel.
Next the drivers side got busted down to find a sensor monuted incorrectly and was damaged (crack at base of stem) from improper banding method.[IMG][/IMG]
I had to pick up four new sensors (Rears sensors still not reading at all)
bracketts to hold the sensors properly and new bands to fit the bracketts.

I'll try to get this resolved tomarrow. I'm also forwarding copys to Jason @ corvette whees and Alain @ modular concepts so they can straighten this matter out. Both in house and some restitution for my time and out of pocket costs.
However as I said earlier the wheels look nice. Just don't let them mount up your wheels
^^ Wow what can I say.
Carbon Fiber wheels take 4-6 weeks to complete, Standard finishes take 3-5 weeks to complete. We built those wheels in the alloted time.
Your job was submitted to us March 11, 2009 and you received your wheels April 23, which means we did our job in the correct amount of time. Did we not?
If you had an issue with your sensors, you should have called me. We don't mount our own wheels as we are a manufacturer, we accommodate our customers by getting them tires. I would have wanted to get your issue resolved.

Alain-
Thank you for your reply Alain
YES & NO.....about The build time. I don't know why you got the order on the 11th of March. It should have gotten to you the next day I ordered it. I'M guessing March 4th, 2009.
With my build timeframe I gave myself enough room for even 6 weeks. Acording to my calender it would have taken 7 weeks two days if I didn't pick up the wheels at the wharehouse. I would like to thank you for expediting the shipment however it was still sitting in the wharehouse and would not be delivered untill friday afternoon. This would have missed my dead line for completion.
THANK YOU FOR TRYING ALAIN
The paint runs and overspray was another let down. It SHOULD NOT have left the shop looking like that.
Again more of my time and money needed to correct this speed bump. Alain, you need to have someone checking on these small details. Someone has to be acountable.....Thank you again for your time and attention in answering my questions. I will be taking care of these issues due in part to the great number of miles that seperate us and that No one puts as much care and persistance into solving these matters as I can. I will be in touch with Jason @ corvette wheels in reguards to reimbursement of time and materials.
Thanks again for your response

these are all reasons of why I went with CCW this time around. I had a bunch of issues with iForged when I bought some Aeros for my Firehawk a couple years ago (not to mention the 3-4 month timeframe). I don't ever recall reading or hearing of any product complaints nor customer service complaints with CCW.
Just got back from Roger Kraus racing. Wow! I was able to correct this unnecessary problem with the terrible tpms install. It seems some people just don't care about their Quality of work. TOO BAD. It's always cheaper and easier to do the job right the first time. Not to mention the embarrassment it saves.
