Chevrolet says 30 psi front and rear, cold
Personally, I use 32 front/30 rear, seems to handle just a bit better and give more even wear on the fronts.
For road course, I use 36 front/34 rear (Bragg-Smith school settings).
These pressures are with tires cold, as you can see on the DIC, driving even a couple of miles will increase pressure
Set the pressures based on what the "normal" air temp is in your area for this time of year. If you are checking on a morning that is colder or hotter than normal, the pressure will vary about 1 psi for each 10'F of temp change.
Radio Shack makes a cheap but very good digital tire pressure gauge
