Wheels; Painted or Power Coated

My question is should I get my wheels painted or powder coated? I am looking for the pros and cons for each, can you guys and gals help me with this?

Powder Coat them they will not chip as paint will chip over time due to taking the lugs off and or rocks hitting the wheels at times. Another option paint them the color you want then powder coat them clear.

I had wheels that were painted only the centers with polished lip, looked awesome but they did get small chips from taking the wheels on/off. You can be careful but you will get a chip by where the lug nuts are.
