17" all around on c6 possible?

I saw the thread where someone put 17" all around on his c5, but is this possible with the c6? I guess the main thing I want to know is whether or not the 17" wheels will clear the breaks.

If you have the base brakes the 17s will clear the brakes, I did try
17s on my z51 and they fit the rears but not the fronts.

Thanks for the post. Looks like 17s are out of the question. Even if I put 17 in the rear, it'll look stupid with 18s up front.

Only reason I even considered this is because I was looking at r-comps and found the 19" versions over $150 more per tire than the 17".
