Default help on tire size

I've got to get some new rear tires. I'm currently running 295/35ZR19 Yokohama AVS Sports on 19 X 11 CCW 505 wheels. Being that they don't make this tire anymore I need to change rears. I thought about going back a size to 285/35/19 but I really don't want to go smaller. BFG make a tire in same size but I hear negative about it being a noisey tire. I've thought about going up in size to305/30/19 but I'm afraid that they may stick out to far. What do you all think. I'm driving the wife crazy because I can't make up my mind. HELP
