Default Magic Eraser safe on polished Aluminum?

Trying to clean up polished aluminum wagon wheels. I can't get the baked on brake dust off that are in the corners with my mini power ball.

Has anyone tried using one of those Magic Erasers? I think its a Mr Clean product. I only plan on using it in the small corner areas on the wheels. Does anyone know if it safe to use on polished aluminum?

Thanks,
Vince

If that won't work and the wheels aren't powder coated, you can use 1000 grit wet/dry sandpaper and then the polish of your choice.

Try a claybar just remember not to use it again for the paint on the car.
