Bad Wheel or Wheels (they are stock)
Drive shaft unbalanced
Something bad in the axles
Shocks (I have ordered new ones ) will be here this week
Don't want to just throw $$ at the Vette trying to find the cause.
How can I go about isolating the cause? Are there shops i the Seattle/Tacoma area that can help me with this?

find a shop with a GSP9700 Hunter balancer and get a road force variation test which with either identify the problem wheel and / or tire that is causing the vibration or it will eliminate the wheels and tires. The shocks would not cause a vibration so, that leaves half shafts or drive shaft (along with the u-joints associated with them) as possible causes. I would bet the tire balance is a little off since they were recently added and you made no mention of the problem being there before the new tire installation
