Default OEM C5 Z06 18x10.5 on front pics inside

Due for tires soon so I'm weighing my options of tire availability, sizes, wheel sizes, etc.....without breaking the bank

I placed the rear 18x10.5 on the front with the 295/35/18 supercars.

tire definitely sticks out about 1/4 inch here are pics for what its worth. If I did a 18x10.5 on all fours i would probably do a Kumho MX in a 275/35/18 front and 295/35/18 rear. The 275's have about an inch less section widthon a 9.5 , so i should bring the shoulder in a little bit on a 10.5 Dunno.............

FWIW

I had good luck with th Kumho MX on my 97 SS but i'm unsure how the 275/40/17 would look with the 295/35/18 VS the stock 265/40/17

Or be done with it and get toyo T1R's ??

MEH, just thinking too much making it more than it needs to be

for street, I wouldn't put 295s on the front...you'll track the ruts in the road a lot more and you'll lose the "rake" look (front is lower than rear).

you'll never notice the diff between a 275 vs 265 on the front.
both K-MX and T-T1R are very nice tires...good luck.

of course, if you race or autox, that's a diff story..."wider is better".
