Default A HUGE THANK YOU to CCW!!! Talk About SERVICE!!!

I just wanted to share my recent experience with CCW as I feel that I would NOT receive this type of service from another wheel company. My dilemna started when I recently sold my current CCW's and Hoosiers due to me wanting to go to a drag setup and finding out that the R6's are horrible on the track even though they are great on the street. I tried every avenue possible to locate a used setup, however, the real issue is that I wanted the 17" front and a radial setup in order to run them full time on the street. Since the 17" front is fairly new, no one had a used set that I could find. I was going to just run the 16's with bias plys, but even they were very difficult to locate. Then when I finally located a set and everything seemed like it would work out, I had some personal issues come up and prevented the deal from happening. I had another set that I was working on, but they were full out slicks and not really what I wanted for a street setup. Wanting to being able to bring my car to the Show and Go and also run in the Pro 10.0 on Sat and then go to a car show on Sunday, it was not looking good for me as I was running out of time. On Tuesday afternoon of this week, I called John at CCW and told him my situation. He told me there is no way I would be able to get the black anodized package as it would take too long to have anodized and then dry, ect. However, if I wanted the polished setup they would do their best to accomodate me. The first issue was the tires. They did not have Hoosier drag radials in stock. He told me that if he could have the Hoosiers overnighted to him on Wed. and have them by Thurs. we would have a chance as he could build the rims Wed. and then mount the tires on Thurs. when they came in. He said it would be very close. Well, he was able to get the tires, which he called and confirmed with me on Wed that they would arrive on Thurs. He then built the rims for me on Wed. Mounted the tires on Thurs. Then had the package sent via freight on Continental this morning (which I had no idea you could do and have in a few hours) and I just received the phone call from Continental that my package has arrived and is ready for pick-up. So from Wed to Fri, I had a custom set of wheels and tires made for me and shipped from FL. THAT IS SERVICE. Sure I paid more than I would have if I found a set used, but I got exactly what I wanted, 16" rears with drag radials and 17" fronts with M&H radials. And I got it in THREE DAYS!!!

THANKS JOHN AND CHIP FOR UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. I CAN NOT IMAGINE EVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE FOR WHEELS
