Default Cray Wheels

Hello,
I have a 1991 C4 that needs new tires. I have been thinking about changing the wheels at the same time. I'm looking for something other than the typical Corvette wheel. Has anyone out there purchased Cray wheels? They are supposed to be made specifically for Corvettes. I particularly like the Manta wheel.
If anyone has bought these wheels and has a picture of them on your car I would like to see it. I was told the only size that would fit without any interference problem is the 17" X 9" size.
Any tire suggestions? I live in the northeast and the car is only driven between May and the end of October so I'm not looking for all season tires.

Thanks for your help.

Here is a rear shot of Cray Scorpions on my C5. They come in correct offset for C4 - C6. BF Goodrich KDW-IIs are a good choice... if you can get past the weird looking tread pattern (it's what I'm running).

Default Thank you

Thanks for the picture. The wheels look great on your car. You are correct about the tread design on the tires though. I think they are a little too contemporary looking for my car.

Thanks again.

Default cray wheels

i think on the cray web site there are pix of corvettes with cray scorpions and mantas on them. i looked a long time, and could not find what i liked, and that fit my car....a 94 coupe....until i found cray wheels. so i ordered a set, and will get them on monday 5/19/08....so perhaps i will write and let you know how they look and feel if you want.
