Default How Does Your Car Run With 18"rear And 17 Front

i had a question for you. i have people telling me left to right to get rid of my z06 wheels that i bought for my 96transam. the reason why is because the tires needed to mount on the 10.5 18" rim is not enough tire for a 400+ t/q car. i guess there saying it'll drive like **** or will loss power . what are your thoughts. im looking for 275-315 in the rear whatever are cheaper "radials or slicks"
thanks alot
tony
