Default Protecting new chrome wheels?

Just got a set of chrome wheels from Bob at the House of Wheels to replace the old chrome set that had peeled.
The old set lasted just over 2 years but began pealing almost a year ago.

What can I do to protect the new wheels before mounting them?
Wish there was a sealer that I could spray on the insides. Perhaps a heavy duty wax of sorts?
Thanks in advance!
Scott

Thats what I'm afraid of. This last set of chrome wheels lasted about 2 years and I was very careful to clean them with soap and water.

What do you expect for wheels that are dirt cheap in price and quality, one is lucky to get 4 that are true round for balance purposes let alone the quality of the chrome. Bottom line is YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
