LPE Mini-tub and glass top storage?

Going to be doing the LPE mini-tub soon and was wondering if you can still store the glass top in the trunk after this is done? Do the glass-top "mounts" stay in the same spot?

You raise the mounts about 4 inches and the roof is supposed to clear
the wheel wells.
