Need 1 Used OEM C5, Goodyear Runflat

I need one good, used, Goodyear Runflat, 245/45X17 zr for the front left of my 2001 C5. The original tire has a bubble in the sidewall. The other 3 tires have a good 10,000 miles left on them, and I can't find this tire used anywhere in the country. Why so difficult? Any advice?

I still have a 9/32 front but I believe it was more than you wanted to spend??

Sorry, I forgot which one this was. Thus far, each one I've inquired about was either more than I wanted to spend, or, a good price, but too little tread.
As I don't drive the car too much in winter, I'm not in a hurry...but I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever find exactly what I'm looking for. I'm in NJ. How much were you asking again, shipped?
