Still no G-Tech from BF Goodrich...Luke

Luke, Way back in August, I bought a set of BFG tires and wanted to take advantage of the G-Tech deal. Finally last month (October) I received my voucher to send in along with a letter from your company asking BF Goodrich to honor their offer as they said they would. I sent that back in around 5 weeks ago, the very day after receiving it finally. I have yet to receive any G-Tech or even an acknowledgement from BF Goodrich.

Do you know what's going on with that? Is BFG backing off on honoring their commitment? And how can I follow up on that?
I'm not willing to just forget about it because then they are getting away with false advertising, and I feel I should push the issue.

Any help you could provide from your end, I would appreciate.

BFG hired an outside company to process the claims and they had no idea that the promo was going to be so popular. We have been told that they are honoring all redemptions regardless of date .... patience is a virtue ... right?

How about the walkie-talkies from Michelin. I sent for two sets from 8 tires about 6-8 weeks ago and no replies. Any idea on the real turn around time on those. :cheers:

Yes Luke, patience is a virtue. After waiting 3 months, I don't think patience is my problem. Tell me how to follow up on it and I will.

Honoring an advertisement is also a virtue. Right?
