Chrome lugnut covers ***Where to buy at good price

These plastic things are cheaply made and should not be 2:00 each!! GRRRRRR!
I was sent a set by a dealer that sold me wheels but they are not OEM looking. I the want OEM chrome or exact replicas. My Chev dealer only has silver, grey and black. Do not advise Ecklers, ETC as they are over the edge on pricing. Some one must have these as they are installed on a lot of C5's with chrome wheels!!!

I just went with the chrome lug nuts...by luck I found them at a stocking
dealer for American Racing Wheels...this included a locking lug nut...
cost for all 20.....$20.00.

also, Corvette Central has the plastic chrone ones!

I agree with ya, $2 each is a little ridiculous. I looked high and low for a set of silver ones a while back and I found a guy on the board who sent me a set of 20. All I had to pay was shipping of $5. He had replaced his with chrome caps. Good luck in your search. Try the specialty salvage yards. You might have to piece together a set, 10 here, 5 here etc.....

Well I found some at corvettemasters.com for $30.00 plus $6.00 shipping.
The major catalogs have them for $40.00 plus shipping. They are exactly as OEM and look great. I couldnt find them cheaper anywhere so I guess I will now be happy! Thanks for your replys! :cheers: :D
