Default Need Tires

Luke, I have a 96 Collector Edition, originally equipped with Goodyear Eagle GSC EMT's. I don't do any driving outside of the DFW metro area, so I'm not sure if I want to stick run flats or not. 2 questions:

1. What tires are available in the sizes I need as a run flat? (Please include price.)
2. Will non-run flats create a "softer" ride?

Thanks...
