Used tire value?

I recently got new tires on my C5. The guys at Les Schwab said my old front tires (245/45ZR-17 Michelin Pilot Sports) had about 30% wear left and asked if I wanted to hang onto them, so I did. I looked these up on Discount Tire's web site (Tire Rack didn't list them, they only showed the A/S model) and they are $243 each. I was going to try to advertise them locally on craigslist. I figured 2 x 243 x 30% = $145.80, so I was going to ask $75 for the pair. Any suggestions as to whether this is reasonable, or am I just wasting my time?

Sounds about right. Ask for $75. sell for $50. Then go to dinner. I sold many used tires on craigslist, some quickly(1-day) some slowly(3-months later). Good luck.
