F/S: Tire Rack Gift Cert

During a recent raffle, I won a $50 gift cert to Tire Rack.

I have new rubber, and have no need for it.

$45 including paypal fees, and shipping

(I think that you just need the code off it to use the cert, but Ill put a stamp, and delivery confirmation on it, and drop it in the mail ASAP)

Since different forums here have different selling rules; Please post on this thread to establish any cue line, if needed.
