Double check, but I am 99.9999999999999% sure you will need longer studs to ensure proper thread engaugment.

Default Spacers

I tried to use 1/4 " spacers on the rear and the studs were too short. This was with aftermarket wheels. I have used a 1/4" spacer on the front without longer studs but have since changed all of the studs to a longer length.

Where did you get the studs? How much $$$ were they? How hard to install? Are spacers safe at high speed? Thanks

I ordered from DRM (see above thread) They weren't cheap but very nice product compared to the parts house type the tire shop installed until I received the others. The studs are chrome-moly and the ratings are greater than the factory studs. The spacers are a strong aluminum alloy and are hub-centric. The studs weren't hard to change, just remove the caliper and rotor. I used a brass drift on the stud with a lug nut to knock the factory studs out and installed the long studs.
