Default Will 17X11s fit on my lowered C4 (pics inside)

So, the question is, can I fit 17x11's all the way around on my car? It was this low when I bought it, and I want to do the C5 brake upgrade, so I need different wheels. I don't want to buy 9.5inchers to replace my 9.5inchers, so I'd like to upgrade to 11inchers all the way around. Here are some pics that show how much room I have now, I'm hoping some of you guys have had experience with bigger wheels on lowered cars. I don't want my tires meeting my bodywork. Please disregard the dirt on the car.

A few of the rear:

And the front:

And a wider side view:

Thanks!

My 96 GS was lowered about 1" and had 17x11 rears. 50mm offset. The tire rubbed a bit on the stock mufflers when cornering hard on track. Just enough to polish the paint off the muffler. No rub on fenders.

The GS had flares on rear to cover the top of the tire... kind of. The flares are pretty rare and expensive.
