Please Help - CHEAP 17 X 11 Wheels Needed for GRM $2007 Challenge Car

My friends and I are rebuilding a salvage '86 C4 to enter in the GRM $2007 Challenge. We are trying to locate some VERY low cost 17" X 11" wheels.

Do you have / know of any nasty looking / scraped up wheels sitting in your garage that are not worth refinishing? I am not expecting to find a complete set - just 1 lonely wheel at a time...

We are trying to compile a set of 4 wheels to use for the competition. We would prefer 17 X 11, but we could also make 17 X 9.5 work. Not too concerned about offset (we can fab spacers) - so any year C4 or C5 should work.

Also do you know of another LOW COST option for wheels that we could make work with some modifications? Maybe some wheels from another type of vehicle?

Please let me know if you are aware of anything we can use? I am willing to pay shipping - but since shipping can be a lot of money to our tiny $2007 budget, I am hoping to find some options near Cincinnati, OH.

Thanks for the lead on the Z1's. These are some great looking wheels! We have just begun our search for wheels and are hoping to find some used / cosmetically compromised wheels that will take a much smaller bite out of our $2007 Budget. Do you have any damaged wheels at Tire Rack or do these get sent back to the mfg? If we can not find any cheap used wheels, I will definately give you a call! I have always had great experiences with Tire Rack!

Does anyone else out there have a lead on some 17" rims maybe with some curb rash or other cosmetic issues? As you can imagine putting together a competitive autocross / drag / concours car for $2007 is a real challenge! We need your help to show up the RX-7's and Miatas!

Do those wheels have the correct offset for an 85? If they do, do you carry them in stock? I live in Kokomo and would be able to drive to SB to pick them up.
