Default tire prep question

I have a set of track tires that have been heat cycled oh about a million times. These have been lightly used at driver events, so they still have some tread on them, but they are now hard as rocks. would a tire treatment solution bring some life back to the rubber?

I used Traction V a few years ago. It's a PITA and I didn't see that much of a difference.

A friend was racing karts at the time and he used to soften the spec slicks and got measureable results. He used a rotiserie to spin the tires in the liquid and then wrapped the tires in Saran wrap or something similar.

Do a DE and burn them up.
