Default Tire Manufacture Date Code Help Needed

I recently purchased a set of Hoosier GAC track tires. They were new with the stickers still on them. I know that they were probably a couple of years old, but still great for track day use, and cheap compared to ones from the tire rack. Date codes on the front are N9C3 and rears are F35T. The second oval that usually has numbers is blank on both sets. Can any body offer help in decifering the code ???
The numbers on the second set is 7AN3 - 2406 any ideas on this set ??
