Default Can't get wagon wheels off..

I have a '97 C5 & I can't get the wagon wheels off.
Rear wheels = 34mm bolt in center.
Front = the big washer overlaps the wheel.
Can anyone help with this???

This doesn't sound like any C5 wagon wheels that I've ever heard of.

Can you post a picture of what the hangup is?

I'll get a pic.asap, but the 5 lugs, aren't the only nuts on the rear.
There is a 34 mm nut in the center, of the rear wheels.
The washers behind them OVERLAP the wheels, making it impossible to remove the wheels.
The fronts ar the same w/o the 34mm nut.
It,s like i have to take the wheels off from the backside.
??????????
I've always love the vet,but this is my first one.
I cant afford the 2007 Z06.
Almost everyone swaps these wheels,to get chrome.
I figured these wheels were like most cars.
Hopefully with forum help i'll have this whole car figured out!
THANKS...

You only need to remove the 5 lug nuts per wheel. I just went down and pulled the caps off mine...it certainly does "look" like the centers interefere, but they don't.

I'm sorry, but I can't help myself....This IS a joke, right? You want to start working on your car, a Corvette, no less and you don't know something that basic, that the LUG NUTS, and only the lug nuts, hold the wheel on??

There is a 34 mm nut in the rear but it's purpose is not to hold the wheels on. Like you said, there is no large nut in the front, so what is holding the "big washer" in the front? Can't imagine why anyone would need to do such a thing???
