345/30/19 or 325/25/20

I have 2" rear fender flairs and am purchasing a set of streets tires (my track tires are Pilot Sport Cups 295/30/18 & 345/30/18 rears). Given the tires currently avail I can go with 275/30/19 & 325/25/20 rears on PS2's for maximum bling or with 285/35/18 & 345/30/19 rears on Pilot Sports(orig version) which probably puts down more power(but doesn't match the cornering of the PS2's). Which set up do you recommend for the street? PS. the car is lowered .75" on stock bolts and makes 740 rwhp.
