Tire info request

Does anyone have experience with General Grabber UHP tires on their C5? the UTQG is 380 AA A, Tirerack cost $514.37 shipped

I am looking for a inexpensive quiet smooth riding wet/dry tire. No autocross, no hi speed runs, no drap racing , just a grandpa tire?

Luke or others, Any other suggestions? thx.
