New tires/wheels for C6. How tall/wide can I go?

Need some help here. Just ordered my '07 coupe. Want to immediately replace the tires/wheels. How wide can I go on the rear without them sticking out more than stock? Remember I'm replacing the wheels too, so I'm not limited by the stock wheel size. How tall can I go on the wheels without the overall diameter going up and sacrificing too much on the ride? I've got a design picked out by Maya. I need a good vendor to buy all this from without getting hosed.
