I ran them on my C4 last year. They gave good mileage, but were a little loose in the rain. If you don't mind that they don't come in the exact replacement size for your C5, they should work okay for you.
They give a smooth ride and are fairly quiet, but I wouldn't consider them a true perfromance tire.
