Help with Tires and Wheels

Hey Everybody, I am new here and was hoping for a little help and advice. I just got my first Vette, 2000 Black w/ Torch Red interior, only 9500 miles. Tires are OK but want to change the rims so I am going to do the whole package. The car has these wheels (see below) on it and from what I can see the wheels were just not taken care of how I would have had I owned the car from day 1. The Clear Coat on them is all cloudy and will not polish out so they just do not look good. So I need your suggestions as to what wheels and tires to go with, Primarily the tires. I don't want to go crazy with tons of money on the wheels but I have seen several on other members cars that I like. I like the 2006 ZO6 Wheels, the 2006 Standard Corvette Wheel in Chrome, the CCW 505A,the Z07 from Corvette Garage, and several others but they are really out of the price range.Let me know what you recommend.
