Will 20 inch wheels fit on a C5 all around?

Looking to see if anyone has 20 inch wheels all the way around on a C5. If so, are there any problems, scraping etc. What sizes did you use and were any modifications needed.

I have 20's on all 4 corners of my C5 Z06. No problems with rubbing whatsoever. I'm not sure of the width because they came on the car when I bought it, but I have 245/35/20 tires on the front and 275/30/20 tires in the rear.
